糖尿病下肢血管病变应用辛伐他汀联合舒洛地特治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病下肢血管病变应用辛伐他汀联合舒洛地特治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析2013年11月—2014年11月该院收治的43例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的临床资料,均予辛伐他汀联合舒洛地特治疗,对比患者治疗前后的行走距离、疼痛评分、下肢动脉血流及实验室检查结果。结果治疗后患者无痛和最大行走距离均多于治疗前,VAS评分少于治疗前,下肢动脉的血流速度、阻力指数和搏动指数均优于治疗前,且TC、TG、LDL水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病下肢血管病变应用辛伐他汀联合舒洛地特治疗的效果显著,能够在增加患者行走距离的同时减轻其疼痛感,且可改善患者下肢动脉血流情况与实验室检查情况具备临床实际应用价值。Objective To analyze the diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions with simvastatin sulodexide therapy.Methods A retrospective analysis in November 2013- November 2014 in our hospital were analyzed the clinical data of 43 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions,participation in joint ShuLuo simvastatin treatment,compared before and after treatment in patients with walking distance,pain score,lower limb artery blood flow and laboratory test results.Results After treatment in patients with painless and maximum walking distance is more than before the treatment,VAS score less than before the treatment,lower limb artery blood flow velocity,resistance index and pulsation index are better than the before treatment,and the level of TC,TG,LDL was lower than before the treatment,difference have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions application simvastatin combined ShuLuo treatment effect is remarkable,walking distance to increase patients and reduce the pain,and can improve patients with lower limb artery blood flow conditions and laboratory examination results.
