复方丹参滴丸对2型糖尿病慢性心力衰竭患者B型脑钠肽、C反应蛋白的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析和探讨复方丹参滴丸对2型糖尿病慢性心力衰竭患者B型脑钠肽、C反应蛋白的影响。方法选取该院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的90例2型糖尿病慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,通过随机分组法分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对照组给予常规治疗手段,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予复方丹参滴丸,连续治疗半年后,观察和比较两组患者临床治疗效果及B型脑钠肽、C反应蛋白水平。结果观察组患者B型脑钠肽、C反应蛋白水平改善明显优于对照组,且治疗有效率显著高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病慢性心力衰竭患者,在常规治疗基础上加服复方丹参滴丸,能明显降低B型脑钠肽、C反应蛋白水平,改善心功能,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill onB reactive protein in type 2diabetic patients with chronic heart failure type natriuretic peptide,C.Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with chronic heart failure were selected in our hospital in 2013 January～2014 years admitted in January as the research object,by randomly into observation group（n=45） and control group（n=45）,the control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment with CDDP,continuous treatment for half a year later,two groups patients were observed and compared the clinical treatment effect and B- type natriuretic peptide,C reactive protein level.Results in B group were observed level of brain natriuretic peptide and C reactive protein was significantly better than that in control group,and the effective rate of the treatment was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with chronic heart failure,on the basis of conventional therapy plus service Compound Danshen dripping pill can obviously decrease the level of B- type natriuretic peptide,C reactive protein,improve heart function,improve the clinical treatment effect,is worthy of clinical use.
