摘　　要：文章从市级公共图书馆是实现服务均等化的核心、服务均等化是公共图书馆职业价值的体现与公共图书馆发展的急迫任务等方面论述服务均等化是实现城市公共图书馆的使命。在广州公共图书馆服务体系建设的基础上,提出城市公共图书馆服务体系建设的广州路径,包括建立服务体系的基本框架、抓紧出台实施细则、厘清各级政府的目标责任、激活基层图书馆(室)的资源、制定基层图书馆业务标准和服务规范。This article discusses that the mission of modern city library development can be achieved by equal service. Based on the current eonstruetion of service system of Guangzhou City public libraries, it proposes some ways to build the eity library service system of Guangzhou, including establishing basic framework of service system, issuing detailed rules for the implementation, defining responsibilities of government at all levels, utilizing current resourees at local libraries, and setting standards for library service.
