摘　　要：卓越绩效管理模式具有广泛的适用性。公共图书馆在导入和实施卓越绩效管理模式时,应遵循卓越绩效管理模式的基本框架;还应结合行业特性,从以用户为导向,确立管理思路和指导理念;基于事实和数据,进行科学合理的绩效评价;坚持学习创新,全面优化和持续改进过程,构建适合自身组织的卓越绩效管理模式。Performance excellence management mode has wider applicability. Public Libraries should follow the basic framework of performance excellence management mode when bringing in and carrying out the mode. In the meanwhile,a library should also build the mode suited to its own development from the three aspects：firstly,combine with library characteristics, stick to user-oriented and establish the philosophy of management ideas and guidance;secondly,carry out performance evaluation scientifically and properly based on the facts and statistics;thirdly, keep learning to be innovative,fully optimized and improving.
