一体化视角下的高校图书馆复合资源建设策略研究

摘　　要：为改变不同载体资源孤立建设的现状,促进其有机融合,提高馆藏水平,文章提出了一体化复合资源建设策略。利用因素分析法,在对复合资源建设的主要制约因素进行分析和对复合资源建设重新定位的基础上,创建和规划了一体化策略实施的战略路径。结果证实,此策略的实施不仅避免了不同载体类型资源的重复购置,还调动了图书馆各部门参与资源建设的积极性,既增强了图书馆与商家的博弈能力,又密切了图书馆与读者的互动,四维一体提升整体资源建设水平。In order to change the status of different formats of resources constructed independently,promote the organic integration and improve the quality of the library collection,this paper builds an integration strategy in the collection development in university library. By using factor analysis method, based on the analysis of the restrictive factors on the construction and repositioning of different type resources construction, it creates and plans an integration strategy implementation path. The results confirm that this method not only avoids repeating purchase different formats of resources,but also stimulates the enthusiasm of various departments to participate in the collection development. It can enhance the game ability of the library with vendor, and close interaction between the library and readers,improve the overall quality of library collection development..
