摘　　要：港珠澳大桥沉管管节采用工厂法全断面整体浇筑工艺,要求钢筋笼也采用全断面整体绑扎成型方法。叙述了提高钢筋笼整体刚度、完成整体体系转换及内模安装等关键工序。施工工艺安全可控,施工质量有保证,可供大型钢筋流水线作业借鉴。The immersed tubes in the Hongkong-Zhuai-Macao Bridge project applied the factory full-section integral casting technology, and the reinforcing cages were required to use full-section integral binding method. We described the key procedures to improve the whole rigidity of reinforcing cages, complete the whole system transformation, and the installation of internal framework. The construction process is safe and controllable, the quality is guaranteed, it can be used to large reinforced assembly line work.
