摘 要:目的分析总结腹腔镜手术患者心理护理体会,制订一系列高效可行的心理护理流程。方法将98例行腹腔镜手术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例,分别实施常规护理、在常规护理基础上实施特殊心理护理,观察两组患者对护理满意度及术前焦虑程度的差异。结果两组患者对护理满意度及焦虑程度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理流程可以有效地稳定患者的情绪,降低患者的心理紧张、焦虑、恐惧,树立患者对治疗的信心,提高患者手术的配合度,进而间接地提高手术成功率。Objective To analyze the experience of the psychological care for the patients with laparoscopic surgery. Methods 98 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into a control group and observe group,the nursing satisfaction and degree of preoperative anxiety differences were compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction and preoperative anxiety differences were statistically significant between two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusions Psychological care process can effectively stabilize the patient's mood and reduce the patient's psychological stress,anxiety,fear,confidence for treatment,improve with the coordinate degree of patients for the surgery,and thus indirectly increase the success rate of surgery.
