摘　　要：行风建设是医院综合发展的重要组成部分,是医院可持续发展的立院之本、强院之基。抓好行风建设是抵御不正之风侵蚀,推进医院良性发展,塑造医院良好形象的重要内容。哲学原理中强调物质决定意识,因此,任何时期的行风建设都是与医院具体发展相适应的;意识反作用于物质,不正之风对医院整体建设造成的腐蚀不可小觑,而积极的行风则能有效的促进医院健康有序的发展。本文将以徐州市妇幼保健院为例,分析新时期医院行风建设的新举措。The morals construction is an important part of the comprehensive development of the hospital, which is the foundation of the hospital＆#39;s sustainable development. A good building is to resist the erosion of hospital,promote the benign development,and shape a good image of the hospital. The principle of philosophy emphasizes material determines consciousness. Therefore, in any period, morals construction are adapted to the specific development of Hospital. Consciousness is counterproductive to material. Corrosions caused by the irregularities of the overal construction of the hospital should not be overlooked, and positive morals can effectively promote hospital to the healthy and orderly development. This wil be ilustrated by the case of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xuzhou City as an example, to analyze new initiatives during the new period of the hospital medical morals construction.
