布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病药效分析

摘　　要：目的采用布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法采取随机分组方式将我院2012年8月~2014年10月间收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者平均分成对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用布地奈德治疗方案,观察组采用布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化治疗方案,通过观察在肺功能（FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC指标数）和血气分析（PCO2、PO2、PH值指标数）等方面的差异,分析两种方式治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的临床疗效。结果布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的临床疗效更好,观察组患者肺功能和血气分析的改善情况更佳,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的患者在肺功能和血气分析两方面的改善情况均好于单独采用布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的患者,布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作具有临床疗效。Objective To use budesonide combined with ambroxol in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Clinical curative effect was observed and analyzed. Methods80 cases in our hospital from August 2012 to 2014 October of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with budesonide , and the observation group was treated with budesonide and ambroxol. Through the observation of lung function（ FEV1, FVC, FEV1 / FVC index number）and blood gas analysis（PCO2, PO2, pH index number）to analyze the curative effect in two ways.Results Budesonide combined with ambroxol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has better clinical efficacy.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.ConclusionBudesonide and ambroxol atomization treat patients with acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） on lung function and blood gas analysis were good to separate the budesonide therapy in patients with acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.The curative effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better.
