摘　　要：目的观察环磷酸腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将76例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用常规治疗,观察组加用环磷酸腺苷葡胺治疗,对比两组的治疗效果和心功能各项指标变化情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,各项心功能检查指标变化均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论慢性心力衰竭患者采用环磷酸腺苷葡胺具有治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of cyclic adenosine phosphate in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods76 cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were used conventional treatment, and observation group treated with meglumine adenosine phosphate treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect and heart function indexes.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the changes of heart function indexes were better than those of the control group, and the difference was significant,P＆lt; 0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of cyclic AMP and adenosine in patients with chronic heart failure is significant.
