α受体阻断剂联合微波治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价α受体阻断剂联合微波治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效。方法对照组与观察组各纳入患者42例,均给予盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗,后者联合微波治疗,对比相关指标、疗效。结果治疗后,观察组与对照组IPSS低于治疗前、观察组低于对照组,观察组与对照组最大尿流速高于治疗前、观察组高于对照组,观察组显效率45.24%、有效率47.62%、无效率7.14%,对照组则为14.29%、52.38%、33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论α受体阻断剂联合微波治疗CP具有疗效,且安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the α-blockers combined with microwave in treatment of chronic prostatitis.MethodsThe control group and observation group included 42 patients,were treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,the treatment group combined with microwave treatment,and compared to relevant indicators,effect. ResultsAfter treatment,the observation group and the control group’ IPSS was lower than before treatment. The observation group and control group’maximum urinary flow rate was higher than that before treatment,and observation group was higher.The efficiency in the observation group was 45.24%, 47.62%,7.14%,efficiency in the control group was 14.29%,52.38%,33.33%,and the difference was statisticaly significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）,there were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion α-blockers combined with microwave treatment of CP were more effect and secure.
