白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床护理效果。方法选取86例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。两组均采用白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗,在此基础上对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,对比分析两组的护理效果及护理满意度。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在采用白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的同时给予临床综合护理干预,能够有效保证治疗效果,提高护理满意度。Objective Clinical observation and nursingcare of lukotriene receptor antagonists in the treatment of cugh variant asthma.Methods86 cases of cough variant asthma were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.Two groups were treated with leukotriene receptor antagonist treatment,based on control group received general nursing,the observation group given comprehensive nursing intervention.Comparative analysis of two groups of nursing and nursing satisfaction.ResultsThe total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Using leukotriene receptor antagonist agent in the treatment of cough variant asthma,also give clinical comprehensive nursing intervention,can effectively guarantee the treatment effect,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical use.
