摘　　要：目的分析桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取类风湿性关节炎患者88例,将其随机分为观察组(桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗)与对照组(甲氨蝶呤片治疗),对比观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);关节压痛度、关节肿胀度、关节活动度等优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗类风湿性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical efficacy gui zhi shao yao zhi mu decoction for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.MethodsIn our hospital, 88 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups （gui zhi shao yao zhimu decoction therapy ） and control group （methotrexate therapy）,and observed the curative effect of the two groups .Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）; the degree of joint tenderness, joint sweling, range of motion were superior to the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy gui zhi shao yao zhi mu decoction for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is significant.
