彩色多普勒超声在主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析彩色多普勒超声在主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法选取10例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者,均行彩色多普勒超声诊断,分析诊断结果。结果 10例患者经彩色多普勒超声诊断,Debakey I型4例,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅲa型1例,Ⅲb型2例;经血管造影诊断符合率100%。彩超见病变主动脉、升主动脉增宽不一。ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods10 patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm were treated by color Doppler ultrasound. The diagnosis results were analyzed.Results 10 patients were diagnosed by color Doppler, debakey type I in 4 cases, 3 cases were type II, Type IIIA was 1 cases,and TypeⅢb was 2 cases. The angiographic diagnosis coincidence rate was 100%. Color doppler ultrasonography of the lesions of the aorta,or ascending aorta.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm has significant effect, and it has a significant reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
