护理干预在荨麻疹患者护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析对荨麻疹患者开展护理干预的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法选取68例于2014年1月~2015年1月在我院接受治疗的荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组各34例,给予对照组常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予针对性的护理干预。对两组患者的临床疗效比较分析。结果观察组的有效率为97.06%,对照组的有效率为79.41%,两组之间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对荨麻疹患者在常规治疗的基础上实施护理干预,能够增强患者的临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with urticaria, and to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.Methods 68 cases from January 2014 to 2015 January in our hospital accepted treatment of urticaria patients as the research object . They were divided into observation group and control group with 34 cases in each. Giving control group routine care, the observation group was given nursing intervention. Comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%,and the control group was 79.41%.The difference was significant between the two groups,and the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment of patients with urticaria, the implementation of nursing intervention can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy of patients in clinical nursing.
