摘　　要：目的观察痛风患者的临床护理方法及实施效果。方法搜集本院2014年1月~2015年1月痛风患者40例,按照护理模式不同进行分组。实验组实施优质护理,共20例;对照组实施常规护理,共20例。观察比较两组效果。结果两组比较,实验组住院天数短,心理改善明显,满意度高（P〈0.05）。结论痛风患者采用优质护理,效果良好。ObjectiveClinical nursing methods and its effect of stroke patients are to be observed.Methods40 stroke patients who were treated in hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different nursing methods.20 patients in study group were given high quality care and 20 patients in control group were given conventional care, then compared nursing effects between two groups. ResultsPatients’ hospitalization days and psychological improvements in study group were much more favorable than counterparts in control group, and patients’ satisfaction rate was much higher （P＆lt; 0.05） in study group. There was a great nursing differential between two groups.Conclusions High quality nursing is much more effective in treatment of stroke patients, and such a nursing method is of great application significance.
