摘　　要：目的分析肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者有效的急救护理措施。方法研究分析我院确诊收治的40例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者,分析总结急救护理措施实施效果。结果 40例患者经抢救以及护理后治愈出院患者35例(87.5%),接受手术3例,死亡2例,治疗效果比较理想。结论肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者实施急救护理措施,可提高护理救治水平,提高抢救治疗成功率。Objective Analysis of hepatocirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients with effective first aid measures.Methods 40 patients were admitted in our hospital diagnosed with hepatocirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,then analyzed and summarized first aid measure implementation effect. Results 40 patients after treatment and nursing, 35 patients were cured after discharge （87.5%）, surgery in 3 cases and 2 cases died, and the treatment effect was ideal.Conclusion The patients with hepatocirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage implementing emergency care measures, can significantly improve the level of nursing treatment, and improve the rescue success rate of treatment.
