摘 要:选取传统灰碱脱毛法、变型少浴灰碱脱毛法、化学保毛脱毛法、常规酶脱毛法4种比较有代表性的脱毛方法,从环保性、安全性、功能性及操作可控性4个方面进行评价。结果表明:传统灰碱脱毛法安全性高、可控性好,但环保性极差;变型少浴灰碱脱毛法虽然大幅度地降低了硫化物的用量,但总体污染负荷依旧较高;化学保毛脱毛法环保性、安全性较好,但成革质量却不尽人意;常规酶脱毛法环保性最好,然而安全性较低、可控性差。提出有必要进一步研究开发环境友好、安全有效和经济实用的脱毛新技术的观点。Four kinds of representative unhairing methods were selected, which were traditional unhairing in lime process, inovated modle in lime process in a short float, hair - saving unhair methods and enzyme unhairing. Four aspects of eco - friendly character, safety, functionality and operating controllability were evaluated. The results show that: traditional unhairing in lime process is high security and good controllability method, but environmental protection is very poor; inovated modle in lime process in a short float, although the amount of sulfur is reduced greatly, but the pollution load is still high ; hair - saving unhair methods, environmental protection and security are good, but the leather quality is unsatisfactory; enzyme unhairing, environmental protection is best, but low security and operating controllability. The idea is presented that advanced research and development on new environment -friendly unhairing technology with high security and good Controllability is necessary.
