摘  要:浸酸是制革过程中铬鞣前的必要工序,为铬鞣剂的顺利渗透提供基础保障,但在浸酸过程中需添加大量的中性盐来抑制裸皮的肿胀,而由此产生的含高浓度盐的制革废水比较难处理,并且中性盐的积累会使土壤盐碱化,生物电解质失衡,最终导致人们的生存环境遭到破坏。因此,中性盐的使用一直困扰着整个制革行业。综述了近年来在铬鞣过程中无盐浸酸助剂的研究状况,提出了无盐浸酸助剂的开发应遵从的几点原则,并对此类助剂的研究作出了一定展望。Pickling is a necessary step before chrome tanning that can provide basic protection for chrome tanning agent penetrating smoothly, in which the large amount of neutral salt is added to inhibit acid swelling. The pickling effluent containing high concentration salt is difficult to treat, and soil salinization and alkalization are due to the neutral salt accumulation in which organism electrolytes are imbalances and the living environment is damaged. So the pollution caused by using neutral salt in pickling process has been plaguing the entire leather industry, the research current situation of salt -free pickling additives is reviewed in recent years, several principles are proposed for salt -free pickling additives development, and a outlook is given to the study of salt -free pickling additives.
