芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及超敏C-反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及超敏C-反应蛋白的影响。方法:将70例慢性心力衰竭患者随机按数字表法分成对照组和治疗组各35例,两组均进行常规给予抗慢性心衰标准疗法,口服呋塞米片,20 mg·d-1,1次/d;口服盐酸那普利片,10 mg·d-1,1次/d;无禁忌证者服用地高辛片,0.125 mg·d-1,1次/d。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用芪参益气滴丸0.5 g,3次/d,两组疗程均为8周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候评分及治疗前后左室收缩末期内径(LVESD),左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD),左室射血分数(LVEF)和B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平及6 min步行距离,同时检测治疗前后超敏C-反应蛋白的含量。结果:两组患者治疗8周后的疗效比较,治疗组临床疗效、中医证候评分总有效率均比对照组明显升高。两组治疗后心脏彩超指标,BNP,超敏C-反应蛋白水平和6 min步行距离比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸可以通过抑制炎症因子的表达,降低血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平,并能进一步改善慢性心衰患者心功能,提高临床疗效。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Qishen Yiqi pills on heart function and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in patients with chronic heart failure. Method： Totally 70 patients with chronic cardiac failure were randomly divided into the control group（ 35 cases） and the treatment group（ 35 cases） by the digital table method. Both groups received the standard chronic heart failure therapies,ie oral administration with Cefuroxime tablets（ 20 mg·d-1,qd）,Benaaepril Hydrochleride tablets（ 10 mg·d-1,qd） and Digaoxin tablets（ for patients without contraindication,0. 125 mg·d-1,qd）. On the basis of the conventional therapies,the treatment group was additionally given Qishen Yiqi pills（ 0. 5 g,tid）. Both groups were treated for eight weeks. Their clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） syndrome score, left ventricular and systolic diameter（ LVESD）,left ventricular and diastolic diameter（ LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）, b-type natriuretic peptide（ BNP）,6-min walking test before and after the treatment were observed. Meanwhile,the content of hypersensitive C-reactive protein before and after the treatment was detected. Result： After the 8-week treatment,the treatment groups showed a better clinical efficacy and higher TCM syndrome score and total effective rate than the control group. Both groups showed statistical difference in heart color ultrasound, BNP, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and 6-min walking test（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Qishen Yiqi pills can reduce the serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein level by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors,further improve heart function of patients with chronic cardiac failure and enhance the clinical efficacy.
