摘　　要：自我国加入世贸组织后,国内建筑市场在木结构工程领域开始大量引进国外优质木材、先进设计技术来满足人们对木结构住宅的需求。本文重点叙述了木结构体系在国内国外发展的现状,以及木结构房屋的体系与构造。并对基于木结构的工程实例进行了SAP2000建模分析,得出结论。Since China＇s accession to the WTO,the domestic construction market of timber structure engineering has started to introduce a large number of imported high quality wood and advanced design techniques to satisfy people＇s demand for timberwork residence. This paper mainly describes the status of development of the wood structure system at home and abroad,as well as the system and structure of wood houses. Conclusion is given based on the engineering example of timberwork SAP2000 modeling analysis.
