摘　　要：目的分析3例Ig G4相关慢性硬化性涎腺炎,提高对该病病理诊断标准的认识。方法分析3例Ig G4相关硬化性涎腺炎,并结合国内外文献对本病的临床表现、病理诊断、治疗及预后进行讨论。结果 3例患者血清Ig G、Ig G4异常增高,涎腺组织内表现为Ig G4阳性浆细胞为主的浸润及纤维化、硬化性炎。结论免疫组化检测Ig G、Ig G4可以辅助慢性硬化性涎腺炎的病理诊断。Objective To report 3 cases of Ig G4-related chronic sclerosing sialadenitis in order to improve pathology diagnosis standard and understanding of it. Methods Three case of Ig G4-related sclerosing disease admitted to our hospital and their diagnosis established by pathology. The clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis were discussed with review of literature. Results The patient＇s clinical manifestations included high Ig G and Ig G4 level in serum. Biopsy of salivary glands revealed infiltration of Ig G4-positive plasma cells and displayed fibrosis,sclerosing inflamation. Conclusion Immunohistochemical detection of Ig G4 becomes more and more important in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of chronic sclerosing sialadenitis
