摘　　要：目的探讨△Np63(p40)和p63在前列腺各种病变基底细胞中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组化En Vision法检测良性前列腺增生症、单纯性萎缩、前列腺基底细胞增生、腺病、高级别前列腺上皮内瘤变和前列腺癌中△Np63(p40)和p63的表达。结果细针穿刺活检标本中,p40和p63均表达于所有良性前列腺病变中的基底细胞,p40与p63的表达分布基本一致,但p40染色略强于p63。TURP标本中,p40与p63在所有良性前列腺病变中的基底细胞表达,表达模式与表达强度与细针穿刺活检标本相同。20例前列腺癌中,p40和p63表达均阴性。结论△Np63(p40)也是一种很好的前列腺基底细胞标记物,可与p63联合应用于前列腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断。Purpose To study and compare the expression of △Np63（ p40） and p63 in the basal cells of various lesions of the prostate. Methods Expression of △Np63（ p40） and p63 in benign prostatic hyperplasia,simple atrophy,basal cell hyperplasia,adenosis,high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasm,and prostatic adenocarcinoma was detected by En Vision immunohistochemical technique. Results In fine needle biopsy,expression of △Np63（ p40） and p63 was all detected in the basal cells of various of benign prostatic lesions. Although the distribution of △Np63（ p40） was the same as p63,the staining intensity of △Np63（ p40） was subtle superior to p63. In TURP specimens,expression of △Np63（ p40）and p63 was all detected in the basal cells of various of benign prostatic lesions in which the distribution and staining intensity of △Np63（ p40） and p63 was similar to fine needle biopsy specimens. No expression of △Np63（ p40） and p63 in prostatic adenocarcinoma could be observed. Conclusions △Np63（ p40） is a good marker for basal cells of prostate and it can be used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostatic adenocarcinoma,combined with p63.
