摘 要:为了获得帘线钢软吹终点钢水酸溶铝含量与渣中Al2O3之间平衡的热力学数据,本文根据熔渣结构的分子离子共存理论,建立了Si O2-Al2O3-Ca O-Mg O-Fe O-Mn O六元渣系的活度计算模型.计算得到了炼钢温度下酸性精炼渣中Al2O3的活度值,并分析了w(Mg O)和碱度w(Ca O)/w(Si O2)对Al2O3相关组元活度的影响,为帘线钢钢水软吹酸性渣精炼脱铝提供指导.Purpose of our research is to obtain the equilibrium thermodynamic data about the acid- solved aluminum in the moken steel and A12O3 in the molten slag for the tire cord steel at the end of blowing process. Based on the coexistence theory of ions and molecules for molten slag structure, an activity calculation model for SiO2 - A12O3 - CaO - MgO - FeO - MnO slag system was established. In this paper, the activity of A12O3in the refining slag at steelmaking temperature was calculated, and effects of w(MgO) and basicity( w( CaO)/w( SiO2 ) ) on the activity of A12O3 and the other components were analyzed. It was believed ~hat the results could provide a guidance for the blowing process with acid refining slag of the tire cord steel.
