摘  要:针对我国高品位铝土矿资源紧缺的现状,提出了钙化-碳化法利用中低品位铝土矿新工艺.考查了钙化温度、氧化钙添加量以及碳化温度、CO2压力和反应时间对氧化铝提取率、赤泥中碱含量的影响.实验得到的适宜的钙化条件为:温度180℃,50%的氧化钙添加量,碳化条件为:温度100℃,CO2压力1.0MPa,反应时间2~3h.在适宜条件下,氧化铝的提取率为75.4%,赤泥中W(Na2O)为0.67%;经过二次碳化以后,氧化铝提取率达到81.2%,赤泥中w(Na20)降至0.57%.Aimed to shortage of high - grade bauxite resources in China, a calcification - carbonation process was proposed to produce alumina from mid -low grade bauxite. Effects of calcification temperature, CaO addition quantity, carbonation temperature, CO2 pressure and reaction time on alumina extraction ratio and alkali content in red mud were investigated, respectively. Some favorable calcification conditions were obtained. They are: temperature 180%2, CaO 50% (bauxite mass). The carbonation conditions are- temperature 100℃ , CO2 pressure 1.2 MPa and reaction time 2 - 3 h. Under the conditions above, 75.4% alumina can be extracted and Na20 content in red mud is 0. 67%. After the second carbonation, alumina extraction ratio can reach 81.2 % , and Na20 content in red mud is reduced to 0. 57% .
