引资竞争、外商直接投资区位选择与居民经济福利

摘　　要：引资竞争背景下FDI对居民经济福利具有重要影响,本文利用中国城市面板数据,从总体和分地区两方面就地方政府引资竞争背景下FDI与居民经济福利的关系进行了实证分析。结果发现:沿海地区居民从流入的FDI中获得了正向福利;地方政府的引资行为在促进辖区经济增长的同时,也有助于制度环境的改善;在内陆地区,无论是FDI,还是优惠政策,它们对居民经济福利的提升作用不明显,相反,在某些地区,FDI恶化了居民福利水平。FDI has important effects on economic welfare of residents under the background of competition of attracting investment a mong local governments. Based on the data of Chinese cities, this paper has an empirical analysis on the relationship between FDI and economic welfare of residents under the background of competition of attracting investment among local governments from two aspects of overall and regional. The resuhs are as following： FDI has positive effects on economic welfare of coastal residents; for local govern ments, their behavior of attracting is not only good for economic development, but also for promoting institutional environment of invest ment. In the inland areas, whatever FDI or preferential policies are not consistent with the conclusions to economic welfare of residents, on the contrary, in some areas, FDI could worsen the level of residents＇ welfare.
