摘 要:为分析金刚石圆锯片干切混凝土的切削动态特征,以自行设计的锯片进行切削实验并记录其动态测试信号。用合适的小波基函数及分解尺度对采集到的信号进行分析测试。研究发现:小波多尺度分析方法能有效地滤除信号中的低频噪声;不同锯切工艺参数下切削力与声发射信号具有较好的同步对应性,而振动信号和噪声电压信号跟锯切力具有实时延时对应性,通过研究各动态特征信号之间的关系可实现加工过程的可控性。To analyze the cutting dynamic features of dry cutting concrete with diamond saw blades,cutting experiments were carried out with self-designed saw blade and the dynamic test signal was recorded.The collected signals were analyzed with a suitable scale wavelet function and decomposition.Result showed that the multi-scale analysis method of wavelet could effectively filter low-frequency noise of signals.Meanwhile,it also showed that cutting force and acoustic emission signals had real-time synchronizing correspondence under different cutting process parameters,and that the vibration signal and noise voltage signals had good delay correspondence between the cutting force.All that would achieve the process controllability by studying the relationship between each of the dynamic characteristics of the signals.
