湿润烧伤膏联合局部氧疗在婴儿红臀中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏联合局部氧疗对婴儿红臀的护理效果。方法：将100例腹泻致红臀患儿随机分为观察组（52例）和对照组（48例），均于患处涂抹湿润烧伤膏，观察组则在此基础上配合局部氧疗，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组总有效率为100.0%，显著高于对照组的87.5%（P〈0.05）。结论：湿润烧伤膏联合局部氧疗可以防止婴儿红臀加重、促进愈合，是一种有效的方法。Objective：To investigate the effect of MEBO combined with topical oxygen therapy in the nursing of baby red buttock. Methods：100 cases of babies with red buttock caused by diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group （52 cases） and control group （48 cases）, both of them were treated by smearing MEBO on the affected part, while observation group combined with topical oxygen therapy on the basis of MEBO, then compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 100.0%, which was higher than 87.5%that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：MEBO combined with topical oxygen therapy which is an effective treatment can prevent the aggravation of ba-by red buttock and promote it healing.
