王小云教授治疗围绝经期综合征辨证及用药经验总结

摘　　要：王小云教授是广州中医药大学第二临床医学院妇科教研室主任、主任医师、教授、博士生导师、博士后协作导师、全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承人。王教授熟读经典，承古而不泥古，30余年来一直从事妇科生殖内分泌疾病的中西医临床研究，其在治疗围绝经期综合征方面获得了尤为显著的疗效，受到广大患者的推崇及同道的认同。笔者通过系统采集及整理王教授在妇科学临床积累的丰富经验，分析其治疗围绝经期综合征的临证经验、学术思想，总结其思辨特点及用药规律，运用统计分析方法进行挖掘汇总，一方面可将王小云教授的学术思想及临床经验较完善地保留及继承下来，同时也对中医妇科治疗围绝经期综合征临证具有更实用的指导意义。Professor Wang Xiao-yun is the director of gynecology teaching and research section in second clinical medical college of Guangzhou University of Chinese medicine, botanic physician, professor, doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral collaboration tutor and the inheritor of academic expe-rience of the national famous TCM experts. Professor Wang memorizes classics, inherits but not rigidly adhere to the ancient, she, who is praised by many patients and respected by fellows, has been engaged in the clinical research of Chinese and western medicine on gynecological reproductive en-docrine diseases for more than 30 years, and has achieved particularly notable effect on the aspect of treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Through systematically collects and arranges the rich experiences accumulated in gynecological clinical practice by professor Wang, analyzes the clinical experience and academic thoughts about treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, summarizes her speculative characteristic and medication rules, excavates and summarizes the experiences by statistical analysis technique, the academic thoughts and clinical experiences of professor Wang can be perfectly reserved and inherited, meanwhile it has a more practical guidance effect on the TCM treatment for perimenopausal syndrome.
