摘　　要：趾外翻畸形是矫形外科疾病中的常见病与多发病,临床与基础科研中对此病的成因、预防、治疗的研究方法多种多样,每一种研究方法都在试图探寻趾外翻发病本质,为本病的预防与治疗提供科学的依据,本文从趾外翻足足弓变化的角度归纳并总结了外翻足近10年来各种研究方法。Hallux valgus deformity is a common and frequent disease of orthopaedic surgery. There are various methods which are used for the research of possible cause,prevention and treatment of hallux valgus in clinical and basic research. All research methods are adoppted to provide scientific basis of prevention and treatment by finding the pathogenesis of hallux valgus. In this paper,various research methods in the past ten years were analyzed by summarizing the change of foot arch of hallux valgus.
