摘  要:将磁记忆检测与模糊评判理论应用到压力容器综合安全评价中,建立了压力容器的综合安全评价模型。运用磁记忆检测方法和相应缺陷量化公式得到压力容器的缺陷参数;提出基于压力容器的疲劳、断裂评定方法获得疲劳、断裂失效的隶属度;根据建立的因素集、评价集和权重集,采用加权平均法实现对压力容器的综合安全评价;最终获得了一种压力容器缺陷量化的综合安全评价方法,并给出计算实例。The magnetic memory testing and fuzzy evaluation theory is applied to the comprehensive safety evaluation of pressure vessel in service,and a comprehensive safety evaluation model of the pressure vessel in service is established. The defect parameters of pressure vessel in service are obtained using the magnetic memory testing method and the corresponding defect quantitative formula. The membership degrees of fatigue and fracture failure are solved based on the assessment method of fatigue and fracture of pressure vessel in service. Then according to the established factor set,evaluation set and weight set,the comprehensive safety assessment of pressure vessels in service is realized using the weighted average method. Finally,the comprehensive safety evaluation method based on the defect quantitative for the pressure vessel in service is got and an example is provided.
