摘 要:储能系统被认为是提高电网风电接入规模的有效手段。然而,针对不同目标的储能系统控制方法所达到的调控效果、储能容量配置将有所差异。为提高系统接纳风电能力,避免储能系统过度调控,研究了提高电网风电接纳的储能系统控制问题,分析了制约风电接纳的源网瓶颈,提出了匹配风电接纳可行域的储能系统控制方法,考虑储能系统成本与运行收益,对提高风电接纳规模的储能系统运行综合效益进行评估。针对某地区实测数据,计算储能系统不同额定功率下的容量需求,对其进行经济性评估。算例结果表明,匹配风电接纳可行域的储能系统控制方法能够较准确的改善风电功率对系统影响,同时,储能系统高昂成本是制约储能技术大规模应用的重要因素。The energy storage system is considered to be an effective way to improve the wind power integration scale. However, control methods of energy storage system for different targets will achieve different regulatory effects and the sizes of energy storage system will be different. In order to improve the ability of grid-connected wind power, to avoid excessive regulation of energy storage system, we studied the energy storage system control problem of improving grid-connected wind power energy, analyzed the bottleneck to accommodate wind power in the grid, and proposed con- trol methods of energy storage system to match feasible area of wind power. Considering the cost and the operation benefit of energy storage system, the operation comprehensive benefits of the energy storage system for improving the wind power integration scale was evaluated. Based on the measured data of a certain area, capacity requirements in dif- ferent rated power of the energy storage system was calculated and economic is evaluated. Case study results verified control methods of energy storage system to match feasible area of wind power could improve the influence of wind power on power system accurately. At the same time, the high cost of energy storage system is an important factor to restrict the application of energy storage technology.
