摘  要:目的探究糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)与25(OH)D(25羟维生素D)缺乏的关系。方法选取我院2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者60例为DPN组,2型糖尿病未合并周围神经病变患者60例为T2DM组,选取正常人60例为对照组。采用电化学发光免疫法(ECLIA)测定三组的血清25(OH)D水平情况,并进行组间的比较。结果 DPN组的血清25(OH)D水平(30.6±9.0)nmol/L显著低于正常对照组(60.1±6.6)nmol/L或T2DM组(58.9±15.8)nmol/L(P<0.05);血清25(OH)D水平与TC、HbA1c及LDL-C均呈现负相关(P<0.05);通过二元回归方程分析显示,25(OH)D缺乏与DPN有关(OR=1.21,P=0.00)。结论 25(OH)D缺乏是糖尿病周围神经病变的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship of 25 (OH)D deficiency with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with peripheral neuropathy were selected (DPN group), 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients without peripheral neuropathy were chosen(T2DM group) in our hospital, 60 cases of healthy people were selected as normal control. Chemiluminescence immunoassay with electrochemical (ECLIA) were used to measure 25 (OH) D level in serum. Results The serum level of 25 (OH) D (30.6 ± 9.0) nmol/L were significantly lower in DPN group than in the normal control group (60.1 ± 6.6) nmol/L or T2DM group(58.9±15.8)nmol/L(P〈0.05). The 25 (OH) D levels in serum were negatively correlated with content.s of TC, HbAlc and LDL-C (P〈0.05), which showed that 25 (OH) D deficiency was associated with DPN (OR=1.21, P=0.00) by using the two element regression equation analysis. Conclusion 25 (OH) D deficiency is an independellt risk factor for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
