摘　　要：旅客票价制定是高速铁路运营管理中的重要环节,基准票价是高速铁路票价制定的基础和核心。论述了基准票价制定的重要意义,基于固定成本和可变成本以及上下分开的财务核算思想,提出制定高速铁路基准票价的方法,并通过算例演示了该计算方法。The formulation of fare is an important part of high-speed railway operation management. Furthermore, benchmark fare is the basis of others. This article discusses the significance of benchmark fare formulation. The method is proposed based on fixed and variable costs including the upper and lower financial separation idea. In the end, the method is illustrated by an example.
