摘　　要：文章将文化型闲暇的消费生产性与资本积累相结合,阐释降低交易成本的机制。同时,通过构建两部门模型,分析交易成本与城市图书馆资源再配置效率的关系。由此得出,城市图书馆作为第三空间,发挥提升城市居民信息素养、文化素养和技能素养过程中,通过人力资本和社会资本积累传导机制,降低交易成本,加速资源再配置效率,并且实现经济、社会与生态三维变量协同发展。Combining the production of consumption with capital accumulation of the culture - based leisure, this article explains the mechanism to reduce transaction cost. At the same time, it develops the two - sector model to analyze the relationship between the transaction cost and the resources rcallocation efficiency of urban library. It follows that as a third space, we should reduce the transaction cost and accelerate the efficiency of resources reallocafion, which achieve the three - dimensional variable about economic - social - ecological development collaboratively through th etransmission mechanism of the human capital and social capital accumulation during playing the role of urban library in enhancing urban residents＇information literacy, cultural literacy and skill. 22 refs.
