摘　　要：在现阶段,政府的合理角色定位对区域高等教育信息资源共享意义重大,政府部门在湖南省高校数字图书馆项目建设中扮演了主导者、协调者、监督者的角色,该项目建设十年来较好地解决了全省高等教育信息资源配置的困境。随着时代的发展,政府部门还需进一步强化其主导、协调、监督的作用,也应充当用户角色参与资源共建共享。The reasonable role of government in regional higher education information resource sharing is significant, the government sector plays the role of leader, coordinator and supervisor in Hunan Academic Digital Library project, which resolved the difficulties of allocation of higher education information resources sharing during the past ten years. With the development of the times, government departments also need to further strengthen their leading, coordination and supervision roles, also should serve as the role of user and participate resource sharing. 7 refs.
