基于“四化同步”背景的城郊型小城镇发展动力、模式研究——以武汉市五里界为例

摘　　要：以城郊型小城镇为研究对象,首先对城郊型小城镇发展问题进行了反思,并以武汉市五里界为例,构建了城郊型小城镇"3+1"发展动力分析框架,其中"3"指大城市扩散力、政府政策力、市场资本导向力三种(外力),"1"指自身的资源要素力(内力)。最后在"四化同步"背景下,基于对城郊型小城镇的反思与发展动力研究,提出五里界"信息化引领、工业化与农业现代化联动、城镇化支撑、政企合作与全域统筹"的发展新模式。In this paper, suburban towns are taken as samples. Firstly, it has a reflection on development issues of suburban towns. Then, it constructs the ＂3＋1＂ power system framework about suburban towns with Wulijie in Wuhan as an example. ＂3＂ refers to the big cities of diffusion force, government policy force and capital market force, ＂1＂ refers to its own resources. Finally, under the background of ＂four modernizations synchronization＂, the paper puts forward ＂leadinginformatization, linkage of industrialization and agricultural modernization, supporting of urbanization, cooperation of government and enterprise, urban-rural integration＂ development mode.
