摘　　要：从电力通信OTN业务风险概念出发,定义了基于链路失效的OTN业务风险模型,给出了链路失效概率和业务损失的计算方法。设计了电力OTN业务风险的分析方法,分析了光纤链路失效概率以及单条光纤链路失效后对OTN网络业务产生的可靠性损失,从而进一步分析了网络的业务风险。通过实际电力通信OTN网络验证了业务风险模型的有效性。Starting from the concept of electric power communication OTN service risk, the OTN service risk model based on link failure is defined, and the calculation method of link failure probability and service loss are given. The paper designs the analysis method of the Electric power OTN service risk, analyzes the optical fiber link failure probability and the influence of single link failure on the reliability losses of OTN network, and further analyzes the service risk of the network. Through the actual Electric power communication OTN, the feasibility of the service risk model are validated.
