连铸T型中间包温度场数值模拟的研究

摘　　要：根据马钢某厂T型中间包的实际设备及工艺参数,应用ANSYS-CFX进行了温度场的数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行了现场试验验证。研究表明,基于k-ε模型及壁函数的数学模型具有一定的拟真度,计算结果与现场试验结果比较吻合,对实际生产具有参考价值。Based on the actual equipment and process parameters of a T-shape tundish in MaSteel,numerical simulation of the temperature field was carried out by using ANSYS-CFX and the simulation results were verified by field test.Research has showed that the mathematical model based on k-εmodel and wall function has a certain degree of verisimilitude and the calculated results are fairly in accordance with field test results,to provide some reference for actual production.
