摘 要:为分析高碳铝镇静钢开浇炉Al2O3夹杂物偏高的原因,利用ASPEX夹杂物快速分析仪对夹杂物成分、尺寸分布和数量在浇铸过程的变化规律进行了量化分析。结果表明开浇后中包液位涨至浇注吨位时夹杂物的单位数量由RH终点的3.97/mm2急剧增加至10.74/mm2,其中Al2O3夹杂明显增多。浇铸过程夹杂物的单位数量持续降低,钢包余钢40吨时为5.14/mm2,钢包停浇时为4.20/mm2,夹杂物成分与RH终点夹杂物基本一致。In order to analyze the causes of excessive amount of Al2O3 inclusions in the first heat of high carbon Alkilled steel(HCAK steel)sequence,ASPEX was used to quantitatively analyze the changing patterns of the composition,size distribution and amount of inclusions during the casting process.It was found that when the tundish level rises to the operating depth after casting start,the amount of inclusions per unit increases abruptly from3.97/mm^2 at the end of RH to 10.74/mm^2,with significantly more Al2O3 inclusions.As the casting goes on the amount of inclusions per unit reduces,to 5.14/mm^2 when the ladle has 40 tons of steel and 4.20/mm^2 at cast stop,and the composition of inclusions is the same as that at the end of RH process.
