保护气氛对半工艺无取向电工钢磁性能的影响

摘  要:对半工艺电工钢消除应力退火过程中保护气氛差别对磁性能的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,硅含量大于1%的电工钢,保护气氛还原性的差别,造成磁性能差别非常大。在还原性强的保护气氛下,产品铁损低、磁感高、磁导率高,反之亦然。造成这种结果是升温过程中表面氧化,影响了退火过程中的再结晶晶粒的长大和晶粒取向。The effect of different protective atmosphere during stress-relief annealing process on the magnetic properties of semi-processed no-oriented electrical steel was investigated.The results showed that differences in the reducibility of protective atmosphere cause significant differences in the magnetic properties of semi-processed electrical steel with more than 1% of silicon content.Under a protective atmosphere with strong reducibility,the magnetic induction and permeability are high while core loss is low,and vice versa.The reason for this is that the product surface oxidizes as the annealing temperature rises,which affects the recrystallization grain growth and grain orientation during annealing process.
