摘  要:目的探讨宝石能谱CT眼动脉CT血管成像的临床应用价值。方法分析51例因缺血性脑血管病而行宝石能谱CT颅内血管成像患者的眼动脉血管成像,在70KeV高分辨薄层轴位图像上以及VR和MIP两组重建图像上对眼动脉的起源、变异及其分支情况进行评价。结果 70KeV高分辨薄层轴位图像上眼动脉起源、变异及其分支显示较好,VR和MIP两组图像对眼动脉主干显示良好,同时还可观察颈内动脉钙化以及有无动脉瘤的情况。三种方法结合能很好地显示眼动脉与颈内动脉之间的起源关系、眼动脉与视神经之间的方位关系以及颈内动脉钙化与动脉瘤对眼动脉的影响。结论宝石能谱CT眼动脉血管成像有利于内、外科治疗方案的制定以及介入治疗眼部缺血性病变时选择合理有效的路径提供有意义的参考。Objective To investigate the application value of Gemstone spectral CT ophthalmic artery angiography. Methods 51 patients with ischemia cerebral angiopathy with Gemstone spectral CT ophthalmic artery angiography were studied. The origin, variation and branches of ophthalmic artery were valued on 70 KeV thin high resolution axial image, VR and MIP image. Results The origin, variation and branches of ophthalmic artery were shown well on 70 KeV thin high resolution axial image. The main trunk of ophthalmic artery was demonstrated well on VR and MIP image. The vas- cular wall calcification and aneurysm on internal carotid artery can also be seen. The origin relationship between ophthal- mic artery and internal carotid artery, the direction relationship between ophthalmic artery and optic nerve, and the influ- ence of vascular wall calcification and aneurysm on internal carotid artery to ophthalmic artery can be observed very well with these three methods. Conclusion Gemstone spectral CT ophthalmic artery angiography helps to make medicine or surgical therapeutic schedule, and to provide meaningful reference for choosing effective routes in patients of ischemia cere- bral anllinpathy with intervention.
