摘　　要：以冷王非独立冷藏机组RV-200制冷系统为对象，用试验方法分析了在标准工况下不同加油量时制冷系统回油情况。通过实验确定TTK08压缩机润滑油最佳充注量，并且通过极端恶劣工况回油测试验证了机组运行可靠。优化的润滑油加注量确保了压缩机正常、安全运行，解决了油击问题。In this paper, experiments were conducted to analysis lubricating oil circulation state of RV-200 vehicle-power refrigeration system charged different lubricating oil amount. Optimal lubricating oil amount of TK08 compressor is obtained by experiment. The unit runs normally after finishing extreme condition test. Appropriate lubricating oil amount can ensure compressor run normally and safely.
