摘  要:目的探讨复方人参合剂(CGM)对小鼠抗疲劳能力和耐缺氧能力的作用。方法采用小鼠疲劳转棒试验、耐力跑实验和负重游泳实验考察PCS的抗疲劳活性;通过常压耐缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验和急性脑缺血性缺氧实验研究PCS的耐缺氧活性。结果与对照组比较,CGM中、大剂量组均能够显著增加小鼠疲劳转棒、耐力跑和负重游泳时间,增强小鼠的耐缺氧能力,并呈现一定剂量依赖性(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论 CGM具有良好的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用。Objective To study the effect of anti-hypoxia and anti-tiredness of CGM.Methods The fatigue rotarod test, endurance running test and loading swimming test were used to study the effect of anti-hypoxia of CGM. The hypoxia tolerance test, sodium nitrite poisoning survival test and acute ischemic hypoxia test were used to study the effect of anti-tiredness of CGM. Results Compared with the control group, CGM increased the time of rotating and swimming, reduced the number of shocking, enhanced hypoxia tolerance in mice significantly, and has a dose-dependent manner (P〈 0.05 or P〈0.001). Conclusion CGM have effect of anti-hypoxia and anti-tiredness.
