摘　　要：目的观察乌头注射液对小鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨其对机体免疫系统的作用。方法分别取ICR和C57BL/6小鼠随机分为5组:对照组,乌头注射液低、中、高剂量(0.5、1.0、2.0 mg/kg)组,阳性对照药益赛普(14 mg/kg)组。对照组和乌头注射液各组小鼠肌肉注射给药,每天1次,连续7天。阳性药对照组小鼠于实验第1、4天皮下注射给药。测定小鼠T淋巴细胞转化功能和腹腔巨噬细胞产生IL-1功能。结果乌头注射液能明显抑制小鼠T淋巴细胞转化功能,并能显著抑制在1/5和1/10稀释度下IL-1的产生。结论乌头注射液对机体免疫系统具有一定的调节作用。Objective To observe the effects of Wutou injection on immune function in mice. Methods ICR mice and C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into： control group, Wutou injection of low, medium and high dose （0.5, 1.0, 2.0 mg/kg-1） group, positive control group etanercept （14 mg/kg-1）. The model group and the positive control group at 1 and 4 day test administered subcutaneously. Wutou injection groups intramuscular administered, for 7 consecutive days. T lymphocyte transformation test and peritoneal macrophages to produce IL-1 function test were determined. Results Wutou injection group significantly inhibited T lymphocyte transformation function. When samples diluted 1/5 and 1/10, Wutou injection can significantly reduce mouse peritoneal macrophages to produce the amount of IL-1. Conclusion Wutou injection has a regulatory effect on immune system.
