摘  要:在荚果发育初期对大田种植乌拉尔甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch)喷施不同浓度磷酸二氢钾+尿素及磷酸二氢钾+尿素+硼酸钠叶面肥,观察其对甘草种子产量及产量构成要素的影响,并比较种子发芽情况及种子超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果表明,施用磷酸二氢钾+尿素组合叶面肥时,种子产量、发芽率及发芽势与叶面肥浓度呈正相关,但随着浓度升高,每果穗荚果数下降。使用磷酸二氢钾+尿素+硼酸钠组合,种子产量与叶面肥浓度呈负相关。两组合叶面肥均显著提高了种子产量、种子饱满率及发芽率,种子产量最高达到883.61kg/hm2,饱满率最高可达92.09%。种子饱满率随叶面肥浓度的升高,先升高后降低,各组酶活性无显著性差异。College of Chinese Medicinal Materials, Jilin Agricultural University, Changchun 130118,China Abstract: In the initial stag of pods growing,spray foliar fertilizer with different concentration nitrogen, phosphor and potassium, or nitrogen, phosphor ,potassium and boron in which to the Glycyrrhiza uralensis growing in fields. And observe effet to the yield and yield components of seeds,compare the situation of germination and activities of SOD, POD and CAT of one with each other, The results showed that using foliar fertilizer wth nitrogen, phosphor and potassium in which. There was postive correlations among yields of seeds,germinating percentage and germination energy with the foliar fertilizer concentration. But with the improving of concentration, the number of pods on one clusters were decreased. Using foliar fertilizer wth nitrogen, phosphor ,potassium and boron in which there was negatively related between yields of seeds and concentration. Both of two kinds of foliar fertilizer improved the yields,the full rate and the germinating percentage. The highest yield is 883.61kg/hm2,and the highest germinating percentage is 92.09%.The full rate first rose and then tailed off with the increasing of foliar fertilizer concentration,The activities of SOD. POD and CAT had no significant difference.
