摘　　要：目的 探讨改良Nuss手术治疗小婴儿（〈6个月）漏斗胸围手期护理方法。方法 选择2011-01-2012-10间在我院采用改良Nuss手术治疗的18例先天性漏斗胸小婴儿,采取知识宣教、营养保持、并发症预防、生命体征监测、呼吸调理及出院指导等措施,加强围手术期护理,并对护理效果进行分析。结果 通过围手术期护理,患儿家属术前检查配合良好,经有效预防患儿无感染发生,病房环境良好,减轻家属对手术心理负担,增加手术信心,且保证了患儿的营养;患儿手术过程顺利,术中出血量少,无需输血治疗;术后通过有效监测、积极预防、休息指导和呼吸调理,患儿生命体征稳定,无并发症发生,随访过程中患儿矫形效果保持良好,胸内支撑无移位现象发生。结论 围手术期护理不仅可以促进手术顺利进行,而且有利于患儿康复,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To study the method of perioperative nursing of modified Nuss procedure for treatment of pectus excavatum in infant（ 6 months）. Methods Using the modified Nuss procedure to treat 18 infants with pectus excavatum from January,2011 to October,2012 in the hospital,including strengthening perioperative nursing,conducting knowledge publicity and education,maintaining nutrition,preventing complications,monitoring vital signs,and conditioning breathing and guided discharge,to strengthen the perioperative nursing,and analyze the nursing effect. Results Though the perioperative period nursing,the families of children with preoperative examination had a good coordination. Through effective prevention the children had no infection happened,the ward environment was good,the families psychological burden eased and confidence for operation increased,and children＇s nutrition was ensured. The children＇s operation process was smooth,the amount of bleeding was less,and no blood transfusion treatment was needed. After operation,through effective monitoring,active prevention,rest guiding and breathing conditioning,the children＇ s vital signs were stable,with no complications. During following up,the correction effect of children kept good,with no shift phenomenon occuring within the chest support. Conclusion Periope-rative nursing can promote the operation more smoothly and the children recover as soon as possible,so it＇s worthy of further clinical application.
