针对性护理在肌腱-骨止点重建术护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨针对性护理在骨诱导缓释纳米磁性复合螺钉促进肌腱-骨止点重建手术治疗膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者中的应用效果。方法 以2013-12-2014-12间我院收治的膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者共106例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法,随机分为对照组与研究组。观察两组患者术后大腿肌肉萎缩程度,应用Lysholm膝关节功能评分评估膝关节功能,并进行护理工作满意度调查。结果 经针对性护理后,研究组较对照组大腿肌肉萎缩程度减轻,膝关节功能评分高,P均〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。与对照组相比,研究组住院时间明显缩短,住院费用明显减少,康复时间明显缩短,P均〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组术后并发症发生率、康复后复发率明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,P均〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 针对性护理能促进骨诱导缓释纳米磁性复合螺钉促进肌腱-骨止点重建术患者更快地康复,能降低术后并发症发生率及复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of targeted nursing in bone induced slow release nanometer magnetic composite screw promote tendon- bone reconstruction. Methods 106 cases with knee joint anterior cruciate ligament injury from December,2013 to December,2014 in the hospital were regarded as the research object,and according to the nursing after operation,they were divided into control group and study group. Postoperative thigh muscle atrophy degree of the patients was observed,the function of knee joint through Lysholm was evaluated. Results Postoperative thigh muscle atrophy degree and the function of knee joint was significantly better than the control group,P〈0. 05; patients in the study group fully recovered at the time of hospitalization,cost of hospitalization reduced significantly,and recovery time was significantly lower than that of control group; the incidence,recurrence rate and postoperative complications after rehabilitation was significantly lower than the control group,while the patients＇ postoperative satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,P〈0. 05,with statistically significant difference. Conclusion Targeted nursing can promote bone induced slow release nanometer magnetic composite screw to improve tendon bone insertion site reconstruction patients better recovery,and it can reduce the complications occurrence rate and reoccurrence rate,so it is worthy of clinical application.
