摘　　要：目的了解某医学院校大学生科研课题开展情况,为有关部门完善大学生科研课题管理措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样调查的方法对某医学院校本科生670名大学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果调查对象对大学生科研课题知晓率为81.6%,申报率为24.0%(161/670),申报成功率为39.1%(63/161),课题完成率为19.0%(12/63),在课题按时完成的同学中,论文撰写率为17.5%(11/63),论文发表率为27.3%(3/11)。结论学校应该加大大学生科研的宣传力度,合理设置大学生科研实践能力培训课程,提高监管力度,使医学生学生积极参与大学生科研课题。Objective To understand the information on the development of college students＇ scientific research subject. Methods A total of 670 medical college students were chosen under random sampling method and they completed a questionnaire survey. Results Investigation on college students＇ scientific research subject witting rats is 81. 6%,And the application rate is 24. 0%（ 161 /670）. Students subject to declare the success rate is 39. 1%（ 63 /161）. Topics on time completion rate is 19. 0%（ 12 /63）. Among the students who finish the task on time,thesis writing rate is 17. 5%（ 11 /63）,and paper presented rate is 27. 3%（ 3 /11）. Conclusion Schools should strengthen the propaganda on the college students scientific research,set a reasonable course,and improve supervision ability. Then medical students can participate in college students＇ scientific research subject actively.
