摘　　要：目的探讨血栓通注射液在预防骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法通过对血栓通注射液的组成成分、功效、作用机理进行深入研究。结果血栓通注射液可降低血液的粘稠度、抑制血栓发生、防止静脉内膜损伤。结论血栓通注射液能够有效预防骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓。Objective To explore the Xueshuantong injection prevention on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after the operation of bone. Methods The composition,function and mechanism of thrombosis injection were further studied. Results Blood clots injection can reduce the viscosity of blood,inhibit thrombosis,and prevent vein endothelial injury. Conclusion Xueshuangtong injection can effectively prevent orthopaedic lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after the operation.
